Terms & Conditions

Unjuk ("we") is a portfolio website and ATS CV building service provided through unjuk.id and its users' subdomains. By accessing or using this service, you ("User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions and any future changes to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Unjuk service.

Unjuk provides tools to build a personal portfolio website and an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)-friendly CV document, with no coding required. A Free plan is available (limited features and templates) as well as a paid Premium plan (additional templates, advanced customization, and other features as described on the Pricing page).

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. The information you register must be accurate. Unjuk reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts indicated to be misused, used for illegal activity, or in violation of these terms.

Premium plan payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway partner (Midtrans), supporting QRIS, e-wallets, virtual accounts, and other available methods. The Premium period runs according to the plan purchased (1/3/6/12 months) from the moment payment is confirmed successful. When the active period ends without renewal, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan, existing content and portfolios remain saved, but Premium-exclusive features/templates are no longer accessible.

Because Premium access is granted immediately after a successful payment, confirmed payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for technical errors on our part (e.g. duplicate payments, or Premium access failing to activate despite a successful payment), contact us via the details in section 10 within 7 days of the transaction to submit a request.

You retain full rights to the content you upload to your own portfolio (text, photos, project links, etc.). Unjuk does not claim ownership of that content. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload, and may not upload content that violates the law, infringes on others' rights, or is misleading.

Template designs, application code, logos, and the Unjuk brand are owned by Unjuk and protected under applicable Indonesian copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Unjuk's templates/application beyond fair use for your own personal portfolio.

Unjuk may change, add, or discontinue certain features, and adjust plan pricing from time to time. We will strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or downtime.

The service is provided "as is." Unjuk is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of job opportunities, data, or profit.
